Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst, you act as the link between the client and the scrum team. You analyze business processes, translate customer needs into functional specifications, and guide the implementation of solutions. Your work is essential for the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
What challenges

- Mapping out customer needs and requirements.
- Analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.
- Translating customer needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Coordinating between stakeholders and development teams.
- Testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the specifications.
- Supporting implementations and guiding end users.
About you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of tools such as UML, BPMN, or other modeling tools is an advantage.
